On average, the journey from signed contract to move-in day takes about 8–10 months. While timelines can vary based on weather, financing, and selection decisions, here’s what to expect:

This stage includes financing, design selections, structural options, estimating, and scheduling. Careful planning here sets the stage for a smooth build. - Construction (Approximately 5 Months)
