Today, we are thrilled to share exciting news about two remarkable members of our team who have assumed leadership positions within Home Builders Associations.
Joe Schroeder
Our very own Joe Schroeder was installed as President of the Home Builders Association of Greater Lansing!
“I have always been an advocate of the HBA. It’s the eyes and ears of our industry, an industry that has provided for my family for many years and many more to come. The HBA supports our industry at the local, state, and national level,” says Joe Schroeder.
Joe is the Production Manager for Mayberry Homes and has been with the company since 2004.
Karen J. Schroeder
Additionally, we are delighted to announce that Karen J. Schroeder, our Vice President and co-founder, has been elected Treasurer of the Home Builders Association of Michigan.
Karen’s extensive contributions to the industry, including her past roles as chair of the Greater Lansing Professional Women in Building council, chair of the NAHB PWB Executive Board, and chair of NAHB 55+ Housing Council, exemplify her leadership and commitment to excellence.
Notably, Karen was the first woman, along with her business partner, to be inducted into the Michigan Construction Hall of Fame in recognition of her outstanding achievements.
