This award recognizes Mayberry Homes as among the top 25% of Avid’s nationwide databases on the New Home Move-In Experience survey, taken from the first 90 days of homeownership.
These awards honor home builders throughout North America for scoring the highest with their customers on home buying experience surveys, which are evaluated using Avid’s award-winning GoSurvey platform. Every home buyer in the database is meticulously analyzed to determine each builder’s Avid Index Score, which is evaluated using scores from the total home buying experience, willing to refer, and the actual number of recommendations a buyer has made.
